Hollywood, California, record label formed 1969, by former Capitol and Mercury A&R man Steve Douglas and producers Al Schmitt and Bobby Applegate.

Initially distributed by Jay-Gee Record Co.'s Jubilee label group. In September 1970, Ed Silvers (of Snuff Garrett Productions and Viva (3)/Bravo (15) Records) took over distribution, via Viva Records (12) (then distributed via Decca Distributing Corp./MCA) and Viva/Bravo Inc./Viva - Bravo Records, Inc. When Silvers sold the companies to Warner Bros. in January 1971 and became head of Warner Bros. Music, Warner Bros. Records Inc. became the distributor for the Viva/Bravo/Pentagram labels.

In April 1972, Ampex sued Douglas, Schmitt and the label for $220,000 over contract violations, and the label folded.
