USA label founded in 1993, Sedimental has released over 50 titles across all platforms and in a wide array of sub genres within the “experimental” underground from artists all over the globe. The label prides itself on taking risks by giving less established and newer artists (at the time of release) their first exposure via formal imprint. For example, we released the first two Stars of the Lid recordings, the first several Olivia Block recordings, as well as solo debuts by Giuseppe Ielasi, Gabriel Paiuk and Riccardo Dillon Wanke to name just a few. After 20 years, a pause in activities was required but in late 2017 the label has resumed activities committed to its highly personalized and rigorous curatorial approach.
