RainbowCD WAS a subsidiary of Joan Records, when Joan Records stills was either an IMPRINT and a record COMPANY. Now Joan Records B.V. is a company only, that owns a couple of music labels, which are bunched together under the parent label Foreign Media Music. Therefore, the IMPRINT Joan Records has been (should be) merged into the LABEL Foreign Media Music, while the COMPANY Joan Records has no separate entry in the MB-Database. That's why the old label RainbowCD is now mentioned as a subsidiary of the new label Foreign Media Music (alias former IMPRINT Joan Records).
