Brooklyn, New York-based record label, launched as a calypso label in 1983 by Frederick Pereira.
Pereira served as owner and president, Patrick Spencer served as the vice president of promotions and marketing, while Anthony Munroe served as the vice president of finance and operations.
In 1986 Supertronics established as it's own semi-private 24-track studio.
Supertronics and Bench Studios became defunct sometime between 1989-1990.
