It was specialised in "music as a gift or promotional item". It manufactured optical discs, packaging and various other forms of giftware. It also operated an audio and video studio.

Optical discs can be recognised by WWW.ECLECTI-CD.COM in the matrix hub. Though Eclecti advertised pressing and duplication services, it did not offer in-house glass mastering, mostly relying on Mediamotion and later Promese.
