Hadra is a non profit organisation. The former objective is to promote electronic music in the Rhône-Alpes area of France, where there are not yet many musical events. It is our ambition to create friendly events. By doing this, we believe a real dynamic of exchanges can be created between the artists and all other people contributing in the electronic music world.
