Hungarian pressing plant founded in 1988 as Glória Kompaktlemez-gyártó Kft.; it was Middle-Europe's very first CD pressing plant.

The company holds its current name since 1993.
Also appears as VTCD Videoton Compact Disc Factory Ltd. which is the directly translated company name.

In 1994 VTCD introduced the SID code among the first. They used IFPI 34xx mould and IFPI L201 - IFPI L210 mastering SID codes.

VTCD closed the production on 31 December 2017. Since 01 January 2018, it has been operating as a CD/DVD broker.
