NiTEFLARE was founded in the early days of 2010 by a team up of Rex Buron and The Speed Freak for releasing and promoting J-Core to the international audience.

The incitement behind that idea was to feature fresh new sounds mainly influenced by any kind of Anime, Game, and other media which was a result of their own obsession with these things.

Notable artists who have contributed to this label's releases are DJ Shimamura, kors k, Thanatos (5), Hirojack, and Traffic Jammies.
