WOEI Premium Apparel Rotterdam was established in 2007 by Woei, a Dutch designer and sneakerhead who runs his own sneaker store in downtown Rotterdam. Having supported the independent label ROTTZ, Woei is known to collaborate with local designers and support the local music scene.
