Петербургская Студия Грамзаписи (in English: Petersburg Recording Studio) was founded in 1959 and is the oldest professional recording studio in Saint Petersburg (former Leningrad). For 25 years from 1964 to 1989 it was part of the Мелодия company.

The studio focuses mainly on acoustic forms of recording: classical music, rock music, jazz, folklore, author's song. This determines the composition of the equipment, the selection of employees, the use of a hall with natural acoustics (the building of the , 18th century).
