BeatBoostie alias Henrik Münchow (18) was born on February 24, 1984, in Kiel, where he still lives today. At the early age of six, he began taking piano lessons, during which he was able to gain musical experience. Over time, however, he realized that simply playing the given notes no longer appealed to him, so he gave up teaching after seven years. However, this did not mean that the subject of 'music' was now closed to him, since in 1997 he discovered the possibility of making music on a computer (386 series).
From 1997 to 2000 the first approx. 200 songs were written, which, however, remained on a very low level due to the music programs of the time. At the beginning of 2000, Henrik came onto the Internet for the first time, where he found ever better and more comfortable music software. Until 2oo1 he experienced a substantial increase in quality so that he was able to keep up with the other artists on various music portals and immediately achieved some chart success.
Since that time he started to make a name for himself on the Internet and started various music projects with other software musicians such as TranzBeat, E.T.P., Parallel Minds and TranceBeat, all of which were able to achieve similar success. In the middle of 2001, another turning point followed, as Henrik began to produce his music with sequencers and VST instruments, so that in a few weeks he became one of the most well-known artists, especially on the MyOwnMusic website, with his hit Blue.
Henrik made more and more contacts with other musicians and exchanged experiences. At the beginning of 2oo2 a record company contacted Henrik for the first time. Everlasting Records' A&R expressed interest in his song In Heaven. However, the record deal didn't materialize because the A&R didn't get in touch again. Since then, however, Henrik has been able to make some contacts with small record companies.
He is currently attempting a single which may be released by Verite Records and various remixes which may also be released. In addition, In Heaven will probably be released on Blackparkproductions in August.
