Bogdan is originally from the Buzau area, more precisely the village of Margineanu, Mihailesti commune. He comes from a family of fiddlers, in fact most of the locals in the village were fiddlers and he couldn't have any other passion.

"I would go out to the gate and see Uncle Ion playing the accordion, I would enter the house and hear my uncle, and so on. I couldn't have any other passion. I really liked it."

He left for Timisoara at the age of 17, but his passion for music brought him to Bucharest 2 years later. Here he met Mr. Dan Bursuc... "and that's where the fun began", Bogdan confessed.

"With Mr. Dan Bursuc I lived the most beautiful moments of my career: professional and material satisfaction, joy, mostly joy, without troubles, without any problems. A beautiful and successful collaboration!"

In 2011, a phone call from his manager Dan Bursuc announced that he was signing a collaboration contract with actor Mihai Bendeac, on the show "In puii mei". "It was a very beautiful collaboration. A unique experience for me, because I knew how to sing, but not so much acting. It was something new for me, I adapted, I learned and it was wonderful"

Bogdan received the special award for the best-selling song, namely Kana Jambe, the hit of 2014, which gathered over 10 million views on YouTube in a record time.
