Lev Moiseevich Ossovsky (Leib Moiseevich Shpak-Ossovsky; April 22, 1922, Odessa — August 31, 2012, Moscow). Soviet and Russian conductor and educator, professor. He served as the director and chief conductor of the Boris Pokrovsky Chamber Musical Theatre. People's Artist of the RSFSR, a laureate of the State Prize of Russia (2003).
