The Mouth and Foot is an Israeli rock band, a kind of a "side project" of The Top Hat Carriers band that survived after the breakup of the parent band in 1992 and continues to operate. The band's music combines serious and complex songwriting in the spirit of nonsensical recording, the use of cheap musical instruments and childish humor.
This original combination and sticking to a set of rules created a "cult" of loyal fans around the band.
