Now defunct Metalcore band from Nordhausen/Germany. Founded in 1998, they released their debut demo "The Initiate" in 1999. Early on the babd was heavily involved in the Vegan Straight Edge scene abs usually wrote the babd name aa XMaroonX. After "Antagonist" they evolved into a more (melodic) Death Metal style and stated in interviews that some of the members were no longer Straight Edge so they stopped using the Xs in their band name and stopped calling themselves a Straight Edge band. They called it quits in 2014 after their "Some Goodbyes are Farewells Tour".
